Its Christmas Eve. We have already celebrated togetherness, laughter, food, games, gifts, and much more with extended family. We enjoyed a snuggly, cozy, quiet (well, as quiet as can be expected with four Littles:)) evening at home.
We watched "Christmas Shoes". We've decided it will be a Christmas Tradition for our family. What a good reminder that all the busyness, all the grandor of "things" will never be presents enought if we are not present in our family and childrens's lives. Made me cry again.
I miss Karlee. I found myself lost in thought tonight... almost unable to focus on the immediant joy because of the weight, longing, grieving... If only. IF ONLY, she would be here with us for Christmas. I feel like there is a hole in my heart... Karlee Jo... we love you and miss you so much. God only knows when we will be together. We continue to ask God for a miracle...
Tonight i am thankful for family, friends, children, and a wonderful Husband. Surrounded by those I love, I am very blessed.
A very very happy Christmas to one and all.
