When Saturdays for most folks include sleeping in, eating late breakfast as a family, and then doing fun family projects or outings, I have to choose to count my blessings, cause Jess has to work, almost every Sat. I used to fill the day with anything from sewing to working at whatever else i could do, but now, I try to not work past lunch, and I love it. Today tho, i didn't do much all day long. This morning i met my sisters at a harvest fest, then we went to breakfast together. After some shopping, Joyce and I decided to do an impromptu photo shoot. It was alot of fun, and I think the pics are keepers! Don't you?

ReplyDeletebeautiful! And what a lovely post in general...I have come to the same conclusion about Saturday! My mister has to work 9 times out of 10..but I have decided to simply be thankful that I have been privileged to marry a man who is such a good provider! :) But we do need reminders from time to time...I spent the afternoon planting tulip bulbs...little "money in the bank" for next spring...:)
