We are moved into our new room, and we haven't missed our big king sized bed, old paint or old room period ever since. The room feels airy, but warm, uncluttered, and a whole lot bigger. The bathroom on the lower floor turned out good too, and i am thankful a hundred times over that we didn't try todo it ourselves. Don't ever ever cover over paper that is rough and coming loose to start with. It made alot of work; i am sure glad its off.

On other notes.... the gardens are turning with the season. The vegetable one becoming emtpy and resting for another winter. The watergarden is turning beaufiful shades of orange, grays, and brown, and their are lots of mums just about to break into bloom. As much as i will be ready to dig into the ground come spring, i am ready to sit back and take a break... i love the warm/ hot sun, but i am loving the breezy , crisp, autumn air...the nippy mornings, tea, candles, warm jammies that keep cute little ones warm while they smile at the idea of having some warm cocoa with marshmellows on top.

We are battling colds... pretty seriously. Tonight this little muffin snuggled close for mommmy time...precious moments.
love love the remodel job! Isn't amazing what can be done when you put your mind to it! Your bedroom color (the red)reminds me a lot of ours. We love it! Cozy + romantic :) And keep blogging...every blogger has a different voice/style/frequency. Just enjoy the experience :)
